Job Openings & Descriptions:
Independent & Supportive Living Coach (ILS & SLS Staff)
Provide one-on-one support to participants in their homes or community settings. Assist with daily routines, personal goals, and life skill development such as hygiene, meal prep, time management, and communication.
Day Services Support Staff
Support small groups during daily community outings and scheduled activities. Encourage social interaction, provide transportation as needed, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.
In-Home Day Services Support Staff
Deliver structured support directly in the participant’s home. Activities include skill-building, creative engagement, self-care assistance, and personalized care planning.
What We Expect:

A passion for helping others and showing up with kindness

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Willingness to follow individualized support plans and safety procedures

Ability to document daily progress and communicate with supervisors

Live Scan clearance, TB test, valid ID, and High School Diploma or equivalent
-
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Respectful, professional, and culturally aware approach at all times
